1 General Questions
1.1 How do we email Urban Archery?
1.2 Do you have a shop?
Yes we do!
We have the largest retail archery store in Victoria. Over 200 bows on display alone.
1.3 Do we need an appointment?
No. Just come in during the hours shown above and we can help you.
For repairs you may need to leave your bow, however quite often we can help you on the spot. New strings may take a few days to be made and fitted.
1.4 I emailed you on Saturday night? Its now Monday, why have you not answered?
We are closed from 3pm Saturday till 10am Tuesday. Emails start to be read Tuesday morning by our web staff. This can be a long process and we will answer them as quickly as possible, usually within 2 business days.
Your emails are important to us and we apologise for any delays in responding.
1.5 Do you have a shooting range?
Yes we do! Opened in August 2017 we now have a 18m shooting facility next door to our Pro Shop.

2 Web Orders/Shipping
2.1 Are all items showing "in stock" actually in stock?
Unfortunately the answer to this question is No, sometimes there is mistakes in the stock levels where an item that shows to be in stock on the website is not available.
If this happens we will contact you with an alternative option or we may either part ship or delay shipping of your order till the requested item is back in stock. (we usually only delay shipping of the whole order if the missing item is expected to arrive within a week)
2.2 When will my order ship?
We process web orders Tuesday to Friday. All orders placed over the weekend will not be processed till Tuesday afternoon.
We try our best to ship every order ASAP but should there be a delay longer than a couple of days with any item we will either part ship your order or get in touch with you via email or SMS.
2.3 The postage quoted for my items seems really high?
We are working hard on getting our postage quotes accurate on the website but it doesn't always work out perfectly due to the way the system works. We will refund you for any excess postage or we may upgrade you to express postage instead, for example if you live in WA and you have purchased arrows instead of refunding you $4 we upgrade you to express post.
If you feel a postage charge is excessively high for what you have in your cart please feel free to email us so we can fix that.
2.4 Can I get my order sent via Express post?
Please add a note at check out if you require Express post, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the extra charge. The exact amount varies depending on the size of your parcel.
